COACHING
OEG Coaching develops agency, focus, and leadership through personalized, purpose-driven sessions. We help young people strengthen executive functioning and confidence while guiding educators toward clarity, balance, and renewed purpose in their teaching practice.
Each coaching plan blends science-based strategy with human connection, turning goals into grounded action and potential into sustainable impact.

CONVENINGS
OEG Convenings are immersive spaces where learning meets belonging. From the Family Impact Retreat at Paicines Ranch to educator summits and parent workshops, each gathering blends restoration with rigor—bringing people together to rest, reflect, and reimagine what meaningful impact looks like.
Participants leave recharged, reconnected, and ready to act.

CONSULTING
Annie Makela partners with educators and systems leaders to design programs that blend innovation and purpose across social entrepreneurship, AI, civic engagement, financial literacy, and social impact education. We help schools create forward-thinking learning models, cultivate student agency, and build pathways for change.
Annie is also available for keynotes and workshops as a speaker on the future of education and youth leadership.
